Spacious and plenty of room to set up lights, etc for shoots L shaped living space is roughly 12ft x 20ft x 20ft âś” HISTORY - This 1300 sq ft loft is located in a building built in 1890, and features Historical "Chicago Brick." âś” TONS of natural light, but curtains if you need less light âś” Hardwood floors throughout, ceramic tile in bathrooms âś” Custom painted artwork on wall âś” SIZE - The apartment is honestly huge. It feels so bright and spacious with it's tall ceilings and open layout for common areas, which is great for hanging out. It is VERY comfortable to have 6 people here at once âś” CLEAN - I've lived here 10 years and always keep it clean to maintain the charm of it all. âś” SECOND FLOOR - The loft is on the second floor âś” LOCATION - One of the most centrally located areas you can find.
