Modern chic with an edgy twist in a quiet culdesac with ample free parking. Upgraded amenities and lots of space and outdoor areas. Perfect for a baby shower, wedding, bridal brunch, meeting, or birthday party. The home features desert landscaping with a patio in front, and a large yard with multiple sitting areas in the back, including a hot tub, fire pit, and flower wall. (A perfect backdrop for photoshoots!) The backyard can hold a bounce house, ball pit, photo setup, etc, and has seating for 16 people. You are welcome to bring additional tables, chairs, or catering. There is a full bathroom that is connected to the backyard which provides easy access for partygoers. The living room is an extension of the backyard connected by double doors that open onto the pergola which is lit at night with string lights that create a beautiful ambiance. The kitchen is spacious and bright. Everything is upgraded with modern appliances and furniture. Everyone that has hosted here has loved it!
