Our smaller studio room for rent is loaded with amenities! The room has wood floors and large mirrors on one wall. The opposing wall has plenty of windows for natural light, as well as sheer privacy curtains. Recessed into the adjacent wall is a shelving unit with yoga bolsters, foam rollers, yoga straps, blocks, blankets, and mats. Hanging on the wall are 15 TRX suspension strap systems for the TRX truss in the middle of the room. Room is equipped with an audio cabinet and mixer, as well as surround speakers mounted from the ceiling. Audio cabinet has an ethernet port, and studio has free Wifi. Wifi is strong enough in this room to Zoom without issue. Front lobby area is a retail space with athletic clothes and branded merch, as well as mobility tools like yoga mats and stretch bands. We also have water and coconut water available for retail. Hallway has a bank of 40 lockers for personal items, as well as two ADA restrooms and a filtered water station. Restrooms are stocked with premium toiletries from Bumble and Bumble, Dermalogica, and Kiehl's. During your rental we will have one front desk employee available as your concierge to facilitate anything you need in our space, from helping with any registration/check in/Covid procedures, to retail. The studio also has in our supply closet two long-ish banquet tables and four chairs that may be used depending on availability. Front desk has a UV-C sanitizing unit available to sanitize small personal items such as cell phones. This studio is perfect for personal training, small group fitness classes, team building workshops, and virtual presentations. There is a breakfast/lunch restaurant in the same building, and we are very close walking distance to many restaurants and shops in downtown Campbell, the Campbell farmer's market, and Community Center. Across the street is a small grassy park with bench seating, as well as a convenience store/gas station.
