Bright and spacious, our 2,750 sq ft space features cantilevered floor-to-ceiling sawtooth windows, terrazzo floors, an exposed concrete ceiling, a vintage Scandinavian fireplace, modern Italian appliances, and high-end fixtures, furnishings, and thoughtful artistic details throughout. With an open staircase leading to a raised kitchen and dining room, minimalist bathrooms, and a light-filled primary bedroom, the layout works for a wide range of shoots: interiors, fashion, food, lifestyle, magazine, influencer content, filmed interviews, small video productions, and more.
