Small photoshoot or film shoots, its a residential neighborhood so recording sounds is not good. its a one story ranch house with a step down or up, here and there. Open plan kitchen and living room. Very bright and modern. Fabulous kitchen, all white with terrazzo counters and white stove and appliances. Lots of plaster and built ins that feel like your in Portugal or Spain. Front and back gardens and patio are beautiful for shooting. Lots of olive trees and stucco built ins. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is outdoor shower and outdoor bathtub. 10 foot stock tank pool. I also have a greenhouse in the back garden, that houses my pottery studio. House featured in Domino Magazine.
