Living and dining room with views for photo and small video shoots available. Fourth floor balcony offers beautiful views of the valley. Building has an elevator for easy access lugging gear. Bright wooden floors make the space warm and inviting. Furniture can be moved around easily if need be, great natural lighting for pictures. Note: The bedroom can be used for filming as well, on the wall opposite the bed is my home studio though. Still, the crews that choose to shoot in the bedroom haven't had any issues shooting around the equipment on that side of the room.
