Backyard Space with a Punching Bag and padded mats under the grass. Beautiful Ivy Wall as the backdrop. Moroccan Lanterns. Great for small shoots! Outside there is a daybed for a stylized shoot with ivy behind it. Inside is a bed with a frame for shoots that could use white netting. All bookings must submit a brief report of all activities/liabilities/events/contingencies before assuming anything is OK. With advance specific requests anything may be possible. Just Ask First. Please treat everyone in the building with respect and follow any security and/or health guidelines. The host will be present at all times. No pets without prior request. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors not covered by Peerspace. All rentals must include setup and breakdown time. Furniture (except chairs) must be approved by the host.
