Amazing whole-floor loft in a historic mid-19th century property 2 minutes from the river. Enjoy the scenic river and amazing sunset views. Soak in our stunner free-standing claw-foot tub, recharge in the sunlit living room, work in the reading/writing alcove, or relax by the bay windows with a cup of coffee. No kitchen, but we have a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, plates, and cutlery. -850sqft of space; -dinning table with seating for 5, and space for 2 more free standing seats; -living room with seating for 6, and space for additional free standing seats; - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed; -1 bathroom with a free standing stunning claw-foot tub, and shower; - large window overlooking the river and 2 bay windows across the space; -High exposed ceilings with beams; and -potted plant. *Might be able to provide a bouquet with seasonal flowers for a fee. Pls ask! * This is a Loft space, must climb stairs.
