With an abundance of indoor workspace, an expansive courtyard, and an inspiring roof deck, we designed the area to be the perfect place for hatching plans, hosting gatherings, and expanding minds. Formerly a mechanic shop, a welding studio, a church, and a yoga studio, we now carry forth the spirit of each of its former tenants. It’s named for the simple, powerful directive we found written on the side of the building: Be Nice. So, we like to carry the torch.
