Welcome to our award winning oceanfront Estate. Specializing in weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and charity events, our spectacular award-winning venue is considered the ONLY private, oceanfront vacation rental estate on the Big Island of Hawaii able to accommodate up to 85 event attendees, as well as provide sleeping accommodations for up to 36 guests. Planning a family vacation, corporate retreat, or charity event? Guests may rent home packages of 4, 5, or 6 of our beautifully-appointed vacation homes. Guests are invited to share the lushly landscaped oceanfront lawn, sandy beach areas among lava tide pools, refreshing freshwater pool, relaxing spa, and enchanting koi ponds. Our extensive list of preferred vendors include event planners, caterers, personal chefs, florists, photographers, videographers, and other professionals available to make your event and vacation dreams.

We pride ourselves in very detail oriented cleaning in between each group. Surfaces which are include in our regular cleaning include- Door knobs and handles, stair rails, handrails, all tables and wooden chairs, countertops, inside and outside of cabinet doors and drawers, light switches, shared remote controls, shared printers, and shared washers and dryers.
