Located in the heart of downtown Orlando, Lake Eola and Thornton Park, this beautiful sunlight studio is 1000 square feet with hepa air filter, kitchen, bath and parking. This space features 16 foot ceiling, 12 foot windows with northern exposure. Highlights include custom art, live plants, graffiti wall, mirror wall and pink wall. Included in the space is use of bose stereo, Shure headset mic, wifi, 1-2 parking spots, bathroom, fridge, 2 folding chairs, collapsible small table and black or pink table cloths. If you need additional parking, the building has a metered garage, there is metered parking and free street parking on surrounding streets, evenings and all day on Sunday. Add ons include use of cooking appliances, yoga mats, yoga, fitness instruction, models, DJ/ MC, lights and white backdrop and additional parking. Please note, if booking for professional photoshoot we recommend professional lights. Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you're interested.
