PLEASE READ BEFORE SENDING BOOKING REQUEST * We do not allow for music videos to be shot in this location due to noise created and being respectful of our neighbors * We are a minority-owned set design company, located in the heart of Spanish Harlem. Our outdoor patio is one of multiple locations in our building for our film and photography studio. The patio space was just completely renovated from flooring, to lighting, to tribal painting. Included in your rental is: * a custom made royal blue elevated stage * custom made moveable steps in both black and white * corner to corner custom installed green astroturf flooring * coffee-colored wicker couch, table and two chairs * bamboo fencing throughout * hanging solar-powered warm-colored LED lights of various types * bluetooth enabled "rock" speaker * bathroom to change in * wifi
