Rough warehouse type space available for single or multiple day photo and video shoots. Close to downtown Dallas - between Fair Park/Cottonbowl and I-30E. Please be aware: Photos do not, necessarily, represent the studio at any given time. Typical state is the cover photo but, at the moment, french doors and the 2 side walls are not there. We highly recommend seeing the space prior to shoot date. 4 HOUR MINIMUM SHOOTING AREA DOES NOT HAVE AC Skylights - can be blacked out - $20 extra fee 16' x 30' white wall - Can be painted at renter's expense. 20' ceiling at center 2 large rollup doors - one can accommodate vehicles in and out Heating via Reznor-style warehouse heater Restroom and changing room Exterior shooting areas Lots of equipment available - Some included free of charge. Some for rent. Stands, Lighting, Light Modifiers, Silks, Silk Frames, Backgrounds Camera support: Tripods, Fluid heads, Matthews Doorway Dolly, Jibs 8'x10' Set Walls, Tons of Seamless Paper Continuous lighting includes strobe, tungsten, LED and fluorescent Flash/Strobe lighting, umbrellas, soft boxes, etc. Miscellaneous Items for Props individually priced for rent Some Tools and Equipment available for set building, etc. Use of stands and some lighting available free of charge. All other equipment available at very reasonable rates. Note: If you do intend to rent our equipment, please allow 12 hour notice for specific items. No stereo or music equipment provided. Please bring your own. No Refrigerator. NO ADMITTANCE TO STUDIO PRIOR TO SCHEDULED START TIME Manager reserves right to enter studio space or be present in studio space at any time.
