Great for all types of movie , tv scenes and photo shoots. just a few minutes from New York City and near light rail in a residential area so low noise level for indoor and outdoor filming Great for photoshoots, commercials and tiktok shoots. Note; the price per hour is for the 2nd level and rooftop. Mai level shoot will need to include price to close the location for the day(s)
