Our Spanish-inspired modern villa is a perfect spot for photo shoots, interviews, short films, music videos and music production located in Beverly Grove (adjacent to West Hollywood, technically in Los Angeles). The property strikes a balance between classic Californian/ Mediterranean/ modern architecture and warm design: classic barrel roof tiles, manicured hedges, high ceilings, all surrounded by lush bamboo. The inside flows seamlessly into the backyard through bi-fold doors, to the blue-tiled pool, cabana, fireplace. All rooms, including the picturesque chef’s kitchen, have soaring ceilings and natural light streams in through windows surrounding the airy, open living and dining space. Most remarkably, the space holds a professional recording studio space with separate vocal booth (equipment pending). The studio’s soundproof walls make for a truly quiet space great for filming/ photos shoots and recording. The oasis-like yard provides a perfect backdrop at all hours of the day or evening. This space is a gem. We're keeping the hourly rate low since we've only just begun listing it on Peerspace, but we know it's really a special spot.
