Large Professional Video Production / Photo Studio

The building can be entered through the yellow door on the south (back) side of the building. We have a lobby as well as 2 bathrooms that can also work as changing rooms. There are several props including plants and 3 sided paneling (black, grey, and white mesh) The room also has several pieces of furniture including 8 foot black futons, 4 white high top chairs, office chairs, a black 4 foot table, and 2 small 2 foot high tables. Entering the building more than 5 minutes before your rental starting time will result in additional charges automatically billed to your account. If you do not wish to be charged an early arrival fee, please arrive at your rental starting time, thank you! This space is perfect for large video shoots and / or photoshoots. We boast a 18 foot by 15 foot long white curved broadcast wall that goes 10 feet high and 12 feet into the floor. The room is sound proofed and has air conditioning coming in constantly from a unit in a different room to avoid any noises. Lighting equipment is included in the room: 5 RGB Tube Lights (5 Lume Cubs XL's Controlled by an Iphone Attached to the Wall) illuminating the Cyc Wall (these can change colors) link to specs: https://lumecube.com/products/tube-light-xl as well as 2 overhead diffused spotlights (1 Dracast Fresnel Pro Series LED1500 Bi-Color Light, and 1 Bi-Color Smallrig RC120B) attached to the ceiling rail. There is also 1 additional light on a mobile stand (Neewer Bi-Color 660 LED) that can be moved around the room. The studio spotlights attached to the ceiling cannot be moved as they are attached to the ceiling rail and placed at optimized lighting angles, but they can turn be turned off as needed. The RGB tube lights have the ability to change colors. All the mentioned lights are continuous lights, if strobe lights are needed they will have to be provided by the renter as we do not provide strobe lights. The room includes 4 c-stands. We do not offer editing services for any Peerspace bookings. We do not offer any on-the-spot services or equipment rentals. All add-on's will need to be purchased ahead of the rental. On weekends, the studio is $79 an hour.
