Detached space from main house that is currently used as an office/exercise room with attached bathroom. The space includes 7 ft x 12 feet built in shelves which house an impressive library of books carefully collected over many years. Additionally, the space has a small desk that overlooks the pool as well as a velvet couch with a mid century modern aesthetic. The space can be used to shoot fitness brands as furniture can be moved and there is a stationary bicycle available. The space has a vintage Persian rug and refinished concrete floors as well as large floor to ceiling windows which allows in tons of light. Use of the space can include use of the pool area if needed, but does not include entire home unless agreed upon beforehand.
