Thoughtful accents make you feel like you’ve stepped into a charming Italian home — from French doors opening to a balconette overlooking ivy walls in the backyard to Italian appliances in the quaint mint-colored tiled kitchen. Among the historic pieces, the cottage is decorated with trends in mind with mid-century modern and rattan accents and decor pieces by Joybird, Article, Pottery Barn, Castlery, Modern Komfort, Kardiel, Crate and Barrel, Loiloi Rugs, Mitzi, Monte Carlo Fans and more. Luxury appliance by Smeg refrigerator, Lefroy Brooks, Bertazzoni stove, Bosch dishwasher. Two bedroom, one bath 840 square feet with one king size bed and one queen size bed. Both rooms have accents of rattan, marble, brass, greenery with vintage charming windows.
