The office/warehouse space brings many opportunities both inside and outside. The 5,000 sq ft warehouse space is divided by a shipping container that has been modified to provide two office spaces. There is a kitchenette/break area with a TV viewing area along with a complete workout gym on the other side. For events/parties the workout gym area isn't available or the office space. There is a side door access code you will receive for entry. The warehouse area allows for a great party space. Many birthday parties, anniversary parties or different events have taken place in this space. The space can allow for music/DJ, a kitchen and serving area, good parking space and space for drink or food trucks. We have some tables (9 Lifetime tables) and chairs (12-15+ Lifetime chairs) that can be rented/used for some events. You can bring in outside food. The offices are very simple with a conference room and an upstairs area that has an open configuration. The area with the gym isn't accessible unless using for a photo shoot.
