Open space studio equipped with backdrop stands, props, lighting and easy access for loading and unloading of equipment or furnishings for your event. We offer a small kitchenette we keep stocked with water and whiteclaws for our guests as well as a microwave and Keurig coffee machine. There is a shared bathroom just outside our studio door that is kept very clean by our on-site property manager. However, the space provides a curtain between main space and multi use changing room or storage while shooting and vanity area for changing privacy as well as a room divider for wardrobe changes. The studio is perfect for not only photo shoots as it is well lit with no direct sunlight to impede on photoshoots. It also is a great space for hosting small workshops, meetings for creative inspiration and even a quiet work space with a provided small work station and our own dedicated modem for high speed wifi.
