This rustic property is 20 acres of land spread out. Incredible amount of land for a Base Camp. There are (1) house on the property. Approx. 5 miles away from all cities. Located in Lancaster. It can be used as a Working Ranch, Deserted Ranch, Depression Era Ranch, Border Town, Hideout, Gun Fight's, Music Videos, Helicopter Landings, Bombings, Apocalyptic Events, or even a Haunted Ghost Town. Multiple types of actual farm equipment that are not shown in the pictures. Farm equipment and Vehicles can be moved for additional fee's. Must remove trash from shoot. Must provide (COI) Certificate of Insurance before Shoot/Set Up Date. Do not park on the weeds as it is part of the scenery. Location is off a city paved road. Plenty of parking for Cast and Crew. The pictures tell their own story about all of the possibilities. Perfect for Commercials, Movies, or Still Photography. Located in the High Desert with views of the beautiful surrounding mountains and desert landscape. The sunrises, sunsets, and view of the stars are amazing. Looking forward to hearing from you.
