The living area is perfect for small watch gatherings on the TV. The workspace area with the office desk includes a shredder, printer and ring light for that midday selfie or video. Feel free to utilize the refrigerator to keep what you may bring cool. You may use the blender, microwave and coffee maker. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES. UPSTAIRS IS OFF LIMITS UNLESS ADDED INTO THE FEE ALL DAY FULL PRODUCTIONS WITH CREW AND TALENT WILL HAVE A DAY RATE, PLEASE MESSAGE FOR DAY RATE (8 HOURS OR MORE)
