Bloom Studios is a 2nd-floor 600-square-foot studio space within Kefita Coffee that offers a vintage aesthetic with wooden floors, white walls, & large windows facing south & southeast. There is substantial natural light in the space during daytime hours. 8x5 foot mirror dresser available for use. South-facing balcony space is connected to the studio and available for use during productions. Studio space is equipped with lighting, backdrops, & accessories included at no additional charge. There is plenty of free street parking available in front of the property. Kitchen, white room available upon request (not allowed during Kefita Coffee hours) 2 Hour Minimum. There are no elevators on the premises.
