Suburban Home Close to the City

This home is ideal for commercial and narrative film shoots, still photography, or a retreat space for writers, and creatives. There are three floors to the home, and it can sleep up to 8 people. The main level has an open concept living, dining, and work space. The kitchen is bright and has a dishwasher. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a king sized bed, an office with a fold-out couch, and a closet / dressing area, which is ideal for HMU or getting ready. The backyard is down one flight of stairs, and has an outdoor dining table, grill, and fire pit. This is a nice space to eat lunch if the weather is nice. The front of the house has an accessible driveway, and you can roll gear right into the front door. The house is accessible via a keypad, and we can set the code of your choice to come/go.
