Welcome to the mountains of Vilas, NC. Located 3 miles outside of downtown Boone, NC, and Appalachian State University. This cottage is on a dead-end road that overlooks rolling plains and mountains as far out as Tennessee. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Guests have access to the entire cottage. It includes a garage outfitted for fitness and a fully finished "hideaway" attic loft. If you are looking for a quiet location with rustic, modern farmhouse charm --- this is the location for you. Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests.

We allow 48 hours or more between guests. At guest checkout, the house is misted with an anti-microbial disinfectant sprayer and allowed to sit for 24 hours. All bed and bath linen are anti-microbial.
