Gorgeous color-changing lights surround manicured patio making it perfect for evening dining, and great photo ops! Located just 4 blocks south of Ventura Blvd and 1 block east of Topanga Canyon Rd., this patio is within walking distance for last minute purchases to shops, restaurants, etc. MINIMUM 4 HOURS: You have 45 min FREE to set up prior to when the booking starts if you book 5 hours or more. *** PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING *** WEEKDAY PRICING: $39/hr - for one person only (you shooting your product) $49/hr - for 2 ppl. You and your model $59/hr - for group sizes 3-4 $79/hr - for group sizes 5-6 $89/hr - for group sizes 7-8 $109/hr - for group sizes 9-11 $119/hr - for group sizes 12-15 FOR WEEKENDS PLEASE ADD $10 TO EACH INCREMENT MANAGER ON SITE: A site manager will be present on the property to assist with any questions throughout your booking and help you with anything you need or to move. EXTERIOR - DRIVEWAY: The front driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles and there is plenty of free parking in the street (2-hr restricted on weekdays til 6pm) CATERING Clients are welcome to BYO food/beverage/vendors, or access Peerspace catering services. TRASH: Please bring large trash bags - you will be responsible to take them out to the bins when you are done. KITCHEN ACCESS: You have access to the fridge to put a birthday cake or drinks and access to the microwave, and sink - but NO cooking! (Unless you are shooting a cooking show and bringing a chef ). RENTAL RATE, DAY RATE, CLEANING FEE: Our list rate is good Monday to Friday from 8:00 am until 10:00pm, weekend pricing kicks in for Saturdays and Sundays. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $300 refundable deposit is required to be paid directly to the Manager On Site when you arrive. This deposit will be refunded immediately when you leave provided nothing has been damaged, burned, torn up, or broken. PLEASE NOTE: * Furniture is flexible to arrange as needed for your shoot. For furniture movement in other rooms, please inquire first. * If you're loading in/out heavy production equipment, please bring protection to cover our hardwood floors.
