PARKING: There is paid parking directly in front of our building $10 there is additional parking next to Miyako Hotel, their parking fee is $15. There is metered parking in the area as well. There are security cameras on the premise for security, safety, arrival times, departure times, overtime, and for damages. We do not keep any footage unless requested by peerspace in the event that there are extra fees accrued to to damage to any property in the studio or building. LAST MINUTE BOOKING FEE: $100.00 Any last minute booking fees and changing time/day of will pay an additional fee. Due to change of host schedule and possible bookings that could of been at your time and day. OVERTIME FEE: Your booking is your set up and clean up time. Please make sure you are out by the end of your booking to avoid any additional fees. TIME: If you book our space please arrive a little bit earlier due to over congestion in the area, it does get busy in Little Tokyo/Downtown LA so be aware of that. When your booking space is done please make sure to finish on time or else you will be charged a fee for the extra time. We appreciate your cooperation. The space is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week with a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking includes full use of every section within our studio, including all essential items to your shoot which include the following: lighting, props, equipment. It is a 600 sq ft. downtown creative space where you can make many sets using our props. You have the freedom to make your own custom design set or use one of ours.
