Long driveway can be used for setting up catering/craft services . . . or even pony rides! Outside space ideal for a variety of uses such as small dinner parties, yoga lessons, showers, meetings, events, film and television location shoots, table reads, photo shoots, music videos, and more. We hosted a kid's party with small animals, face painting and games, as well as "Poker Night," bridal showers and meetings. There are several spots perfect for staged photo ops -- Need a backdrop? Just ask and we can help. Location is close to Ventura Blvd/Downtown Studio City with plenty of catering options nearby. Note: Front and back yards offer a combined 7700 sq ft of available exterior space. Prefer to meet with interested parties prior to booking.
