Suburban Residence - Large Outdoor Space

Every day house in suburbia. Single level furnished home with four bedrooms, one full bath, one 3/4 bath. Fully equipped kitchen. White/black with accent colors. Clean, modern and uncluttered. Landscaped with native plants. Large patio space with covered and open areas. Quiet residential neighborhood. Parking avail in attached 2 car garage, driveway and ample street parking. Reservations are for the entire space. No restricted areas, exception being the RV parked on the side. Self check-in available. Water, electric, trash and internet services provided. This property is an active AirBNB property, using professional housekeeping and linen rental services. Please inquire in advance regarding availability for onsite tours and reservations. Use of the interior space requires Cleaning Fee. Garage and exterior space use only will waive the Cleaning Fee. Cleaning Fee covers typical housekeeping service, replacing used towels and linens, washing dishware, etc. No smoking inside the property. Catering is allowed. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am (Residential neighborhood). No parking in front of RV space. Pets/animals permitted only with prior arrangement, extra cleaning protocol. OVERTIME Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times the hourly rate. Overtime that delays or prevents scheduled housekeeping services will be charged a second cleaning fee in addition to the overtime rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $300. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. FURNITURE If furniture is rearranged, it must be returned to its original place before checkout. Additional labor to return furnishings to original location will be charged for each hour, whole or partial, to restore placements. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space.
