This 1911 heritage building has been used for many film and TV shoots. This beautiful space with stunning natural light is perfect for your next small film or photography shoot. High ceilings, wood floors, elegant light-filled architecture. The apartment consists of a boho contemporary style living room with large dormer windows, a sunny urban kitchen, a beautiful tall hallway with strong architectural proportions, and a bathroom with antique clawfoot tub. Farmhouse wainscotting and textured wallpaper was chosen by a former film shoot and looks great on screen. Tell us about your shoot and we'll do what we can to accommodate your needs.
