The apartment is on the first floor which allows easy access. Several public transporting is less then 5 minutes walk. Trains to Manhattan in 25 minutes. Safe block manage by an HOA. Only street parking is available. Alternate street parking rules are in effect during the week. Building's main entrance is shared with one other apartment.
