Perfect Production Estate w/ Dramatic Lake Views

This is a 2400 sq ft secluded estate home on 5 private acres that is located in Lakeside, San Diego County, California, about 35 minutes northeast of San Diego Airport. On property, there is the main house, a hilltop gazebo, two cozy cabins, a 50' x 25' warehouse, and an infinity-edge pool, spa and 2-hole golf course. There is abundant off-street parking and a helipad. The property is landscaped with native plants and succulents and includes areas with large boulders strewn about. Most homes in the neighborhood are on 5 acre or larger parcels and none of the homes are in the direct view of picturesque Lake San Vicente, the largest of San Diego's reservoirs. In the immediate neighborhood is Trevi Hills Winery. Three miles north is Barona Casino, Hotel and Golf Course. This space is perfect for commercial photo shoots, music video and film production crews who need a variety of space types to shoot.
