PLEASE NOTE: Guest MUST provide their own MicroSD Card for the podcast mixer. We DO NOT provide video cameras in our standard booking. Charlotte ultra production studio equipped with a guest holding bay, podcast recording studio, gallery and client greeting area. This 400sq studio is equipped with all of the pictured furniture and is available for use in a full studio rental. Gated parking lot, a restroom, and a very clean building. Please no live bands for music videos. Prior photo and video productions have included: Interviews, web series (youtube), reality shows, documentary films, workouts, fitness, yoga, promotional and product launch photo shoots, fashion/apparel, catalogs and motion capture productions. CLEANING Crews must be respectful of the space and must put furniture back if moved and place trash in trash bin. Booking minimum of 2 hour. Posted rates apply to standard business hours: Monday - Saturday 8am-8pm, Sundays 12pm-8pm. After hour rentals are available at double the rate. Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or overtime fees at x1.5 rate (unless specified otherwise) will apply in 30 minute increments. We are available for any questions or concerns throughout the whole day, but we are usually not present on premises during the duration of the booking. An on-site manager is available for large productions for an additional fee.
