It's a perfect place for films, music videos, and photoshoots if you are looking for horror, warzone, or low-budget living sort of materials. There are 2 rooms (without doors), and a working half bathroom with an unusable run-down shower area. *The space is empty and not furnished. Feel free to bring production props here. A larger truck can access from the alleyway to avoid stairs, but we need to arrange that with neighbors. Please let us know in advance.
