The studio is comfortably built inside of a home in the West Seattle area, making it perfect for artists who want to work in privacy. This is a great place for recording and tracking vocals, instruments, podcasts, books on tape, etc. With a full professional control room and a 10 x 10 vocal booth this recording studio allows for artists & engineers to work efficiently and be comfortable. Space is also great for meetings, listening parties, conferences, gatherings etc. With only 1 neighbor to the south you don't have to worry about people complaining about the noise, allowing you to work well into the night. The kitchen also is stocked with water, soda, chips & candy for guests. (Please be courteous and only take what you need.) Guests can use the front yard / walkway to smoke if they would like to. Below is a list of all of the equipment and software inside of the studio. In house engineers are available to be used in the studio for an additional $20 an hour. If you need an engineer please create a booking and direct message me either before or after purchasing. Disinfectant supplies will be provided so each guest can use them at his or her own discretion. A cleaning checklist is posted on the wall in the kitchen if guests would like to do their part by cleaning up after themselves upon leaving the space.
