Features: - A well decorated first floor inclusive of a living room, dining, kitchen and guest bathroom. - Functional kitchen - Large windows - Lots of natural light -A Feature wall For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you: - Audio Equipment: $20 -Access to furnished yard space, inclusive of 2 patios - $99 per hr We are 13 minutes away by car from Newark airport and 4 mins away from the train into NY city. The total train ride or car ride from the city is 30 mins No activities available The space can be used for a photo shoots The spaces offer an amazing yard space, lots of natural light and beautiful decor.
