Downtown Audio/Visual Production Studio

This is small, entry-level creative studio space equipped for photography, video production and music production. For photography and video production the space includes lighting equipment (softboxes, umbrella lighting, mini LED boxes, ring light), sound (Blue Yeti microphones), as well as backdrops (black, blue, green and white). Upon request, there are DSLR cameras available for use as well. For music production the space comes with a Yamaha Motif ES8 synthesizer/MIDI controller, a drum machine/sampler (Ableton Push 2), audio interface (Focusrite Scarlett), studio monitors (Yamaha HS8), and studio headphones (Shure SRH480). Other notable features of the space includes a TV and external monitor for display, an external mouse and keyboard, a couch for chilling, and a bathroom across the hall (for obvious purposes). The space also has acoustic foam panels installed to help reduce echo, reverb and ambient noise. The studio manager will be present in the space for the duration of the time to help as needed. If anything is needed beforehand for setup, please notify ahead of time so the space can be prepped for your arrival and use. The space is relatively small, so please try to keep bookings to about 1 to 4 people max (unless you like being close and cozy with others!). Thanks and hope to see you soon!
