This 100-year-old 2-bedroom house/bungalow is full of history and tradition. It captures that feeling with a sense of family and the suburbs, and it’s just a few doors from the beach. Old-fashioned and sweet, traditional style. (Upstairs is a 3-bedroom apartment, TBD rate.) A large unfinished basement for filming or holding, and a space in the backyard as well. Holding for fashion beach shoot would be perfect here; as would a family film/TV scene. Outdoor shower, too. We advise a scout visit. Security deposit $2000/day

We have the house cleaned and booked to maximize time for cleaning and ventilation. We provide a detailed COVID terms for both the owner and client. We expect crews to bring in supplies and follow all CDC guidelines.
