Mid Century Modern, Private Oasis with Pool

We have hosted promo shoots for FOX's NFL, a national commercial for Walmart, and several fashion photo shoots. Outdoor amenities include the pool, large outdoor kitchen with an Italian wood burning pizza oven, a wooden swing set, front porch and courtyard area with an orange tree and fountain, multiple fruit trees throughout the yard including a lemon, lime, olive, and peach, and a 20 person sunken down seating area with gas fire pit. We have a caged-in outdoor garden and a huge chicken coop and run also available for use. Other than the sound of our water fountain when you first walk in the courtyard and the many birds, the space is very quiet both indoors and out. Once inside our gate, it feels as if you are in a private compound oasis, leaving the outside world behind. High ceilings and wide open rooms allow for plenty of space and natural light. The entryway and bathrooms all feature Italian Bisazza tiles. Both the main living room/dining/kitchen area and the master bedroom have one wall that is all windows, allowing for beautiful natural light to stream in and also offer high ceilings upwards of 12 feet. The house is an open floorpan in the main room where the kitchen and living/dining room areas are, all opening out onto the pool and yard. Another great feature is the single level layout making for easy loading and unloading of equipment. Parking is plentiful and easy street parking all on flat streets surrounding the property. And you are more than welcome to use our driveway as well which accommodates 2 spots. We have 2 very friendly chickens who are more than happy to stay behind the scenes tucked away or be featured for their closeup. Both of us are in the industry and understand the general needs of film and television productions.
