Bright and Modern Boutique Photo Studio with Gourmet Kitchen

Hello and welcome to our Studio! We cultivated this creative photo space for photographers, videographers, brands, and influencers in mind. Our 1600 sq ft corner studio has 13 foot ceilings, large picture windows facing Northwest and Southwest providing an abundance of natural light, and overlooks the Boston skyline. STUDIO AMENITIES: -Thoughtfully curated furnishings that blend modern, European, and vintage design elements -Multitude of vignettes perfect for photography and videography -Large living room for lifestyle photography -Dining area with 91" dining table and seating up to 11, perfect for meetings and intimate gatherings -Flexible open area for backdrop setups -Large, light-filled kitchen with Thermador fridge, Cafe Appliances electric stove, and Bosch dishwasher -12'x16' prop closet for private changing area and storing equipment BUILDING AMENITIES: -Easily accessible, well maintained key-code building -Central air HVAC system -Elevator access (studio is on 4th floor) -Shared bathroom space down hall -Bus stop directly in front of main entrance allows you to unload directly in front of building CLEANING: To keep our studio at an affordable rate, we don't charge a standard cleaning fee. Because of this, we request each client to leave the space in the same state that you found it in. This includes wiping down all kitchen surfaces, moving any furniture or props back to their original location, and using the vacuum as needed. If the space is left unclean or disorganized, we retain discretion to charge a cleaning fee of $150.
