This bright space is an open floor plan with tons of natural light, high, vaulted ceilings, pristine interior design, with a minimal, Wabi Sabi meets Brutalist feel, done in a monochromatic limestone finish. Featured in The New York Times, the space is recognized for its expansive views of the entire city of Los Angeles...from DTLA, the Griffith Observatory, to the Ocean of Santa Monica, and even Catalina Island views on a clear day! From the moment you step into the front door, the views take your breath away. Large windows throughout, slide all the way open to the outside pool and jacuzzi area, creating an even more open, expansive feel. A modern, clean, minimal look gives the home an elegant, classy, high end, and sophisticated feel, without losing the much important, cozy element of "home". From a real wood-burning fire place, to an outdoor fire-pit with an infinity jacuzzi built into the pool, overlooking all of Los Angeles, this house is a hidden gem atop the mountain, centrally located in West Hollywood and would be perfect for any type of film or photography shoot.

This house is impeccably clean. We have a professional housekeeper do a deep cleaning of the house once a week and additionally between any scheduled shoots. The home has minimal furniture and clutter so it is easier to keep everything fully sanitized and spotlessly clean.
