The space also offers two mezzanine floors, two grand pianos, two custom made concrete islands, an indoor recording studio, five separate outdoor decks with different views of the Hollywood Sign and canyon, a Scandinavian cedarwood sauna, and a separate bathroom accessible through garden entrance (perfect for catering or garden shoots). The outdoor area features an outdoor bed surrounded by bamboo and banana trees, a fire pit, an outdoor table with seating for 12, lounge chairs and an outdoor gym. Available for filming, photography / photoshoots, commercials, and high-end production.
