We'd like to invite you to visit our brand new recording studio located at the heart downtown Toronto. We are a fully equipped and full service recording studio. The recording equipment is only included when booking a session with our audio engineer. Perfect for: •PRODUCTION: Music recording, podcast, voice over, interview shoots, video, TV, film. Features: •450 sqft of acoustically treated space. •Recording vocal booth, fully treated and equipped •10' high ceilings • Multi-colour LED lighting controlled by Ipad •65'' Smart TV with Spotify, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. •3 large windows and lots of natural light •Control room fully equipped. •Fully furnished using modern designer furniture and finishes •High-speed Guest WIFI •Coat rack and hangers •Heating and air conditioning The kitchen is equipped with: •Fridge •Microwave CAPACITY: maximum 7 people allowed RULES: -Only business-related clients for professional production projects are allowed -No social events. -No smoking of any kind is allowed in the studio. -No alcohol allowed -No glitter or confetti -All activity must be contained within the unit; no activity permitted in the hallways PARKING: The studio doesn't include parking but there is a large ground-level public parking at the corner of Bay and Edward Street as well as across the street underground parking at the Atrium on Bay and Canadian Tire. There is also street parking on Edward st. ELEVATOR: We are 5 floors up, there is an elevator currently used Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The elevator is available after 5pm and on weekends for an extra cost ($15/hr) PRICING: Monday to Thursday: $75/hour +cleaning fee Studio audio engineer fee is extra, dependable in project type. Please contact us for details in your project. Friday-Sunday: $80/hour +cleaning fee cleaning fee: $50 DAMAGE DEPOSIT : Peerspace liability insurance doesn’t offer guests or hosts property damage insurance. Due to Peerspace lack of insurance we are obligated to charge every guest a $500 damage deposit to be paid directly and not through Peerspace. This damage deposit is refunded in full at the end of your booking if no damage occurs Minimum booking: 2 hours ************COVID-19 REGULATIONS************* -Face masks are mandatory everywhere outside the studio (lobby, stairs, hallway and washroom). *****Booking time includes load in and load out times, do not stay longer than your scheduled time slot***** We do our best to accommodate our guests needs.
