About the Space Fairy Hill home studio is a 2200 sq ft open space,over an acre outdoor lush garden area featuring huge windows with Mediterranean columns and statues and fish pond on one full side. The studio is beautifully decorated. Studio has been used for photo shoots events and films .All decors are subject to change.If you need anything specifically you need to to let us know in advance. *** Your setup / clean up has to be WITHIN your booking period. Otherwise extra fee will be added to the total amount .Please ASK to confirm for future availability days.We are mostly booked sometimes 2 to 3 months in advance.if you think your photo shoot may extend for the next day, please book the minimum hours and days accordingly so you can complete the shoot. *** Please note, this is NOT a sound proof space. We would highly recommend bringing in great audio recording equipment and sound proofing tools as we could not control the sound from our surrounding area.

Cleaning and disinfecting will take place prior to booking for bathrooms and hard surfaces Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning * Hosts with more than 5 guests must remove all garbage and trash off the property and take it with them. Failure to do so will result in $300 fine.
