1949 Custom Built Mid-Century Modern Gem,

This one-of-a-kind mid-century modern gem is on the National Register of Historic Places. Nestled on a wooded private lot, it has an open floor plan with a stone fireplace, marble floors, built-ins, lots of glass windows, and is very close to downtown. It is a beautiful, unique, and serene refuge! Called The Daniel House, the house was built in 1949 by renowned architect James Fitzgibbon. The house is on the National Registry of Historic Places. Most of the furniture is comprised of authentic mid-century modern pieces.
