Exclusive private access to original street level 2 bed, 1 bath home built on a spacious property with airplane views, a deck for outdoor dining and access to the bbq/spa/pool area located on the lower terrace. LIVING ROOM that features a spectacular view, a designer queen sofa bed, gas fireplace, foosball table, scrabble and other board games, and a Yamaha C3 grand piano ( available for rental $15 per hour). THE VIEW ROOM: The Master bedroom features an amazing, romantic view, a built-in vanity with make-up mirror, king size bed, a 43” television and private access to the bathroom. THE BAY ROOM: This is a cozy second bedroom with a bay window and twin beds (adjustable to one king bed upon request) and a desk for computer work. DINING AREAS include a breakfast bar with granite countertops, an open floor plan dining room and an outdoor dining table on the wrap-around deck, as well as a built-in BBQ with side stove top at pool level. THE KITCHEN is equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster oven, tableware and utensils (and pool-safe items), coffee/ice coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, electric tea kettle, toaster, knife set, cutting board, mixing bowls, baking sheets, tupperware, kitchen sissors, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, and vinegar. Paper products and garbage bags provided. THE BATHROOM features a full bathtub, separate shower, soap, body wash, lotion, shampoo, fresh towels, pool towels a hair dryer, toothbrushes and toothpaste. THE POOL and SPA are available year round. The pool is not heated but the SPA can be heated up to 102°. BBQ is located at pool level and features an additional stove top burner, a mini refrigerator and power outlets. Please give host 24 hour notice. INTERNET: High speed Wi-Fi (28 mbs) is provided as well as a 43” Fire TV with Alexa, access to Netflix, Prime Video, PBS Passport, CBS All Access, and all Broadcast Stations. Dedicated to virus free living, the home has sliding doors for fresh air, as well as a filtered ventilation system featuring central heat and air conditioning. Please note: Parking is limited to about eight on site and street spaces. Valet parking or shuttle service is recommended. There is unlimited private pool use between 9am and 10pm. There is a an 8% resort fee. This fee is applied to spa use, BBQ use, utilities, outdoor space heater, any day Visitors using the pool or spa, amenities maintenance. Piano Rental: $15 per hour plus $50 tuning fee. No beginners. BBQ use: 24 hour notice is requested.
