Rooftop and Penthouse Apartment

The rooftop has 450 square feet of open outdoor space, fire pit and cabana. The roof terrace is lined with a vegetable, herb and fruit garden that is extremely lush in the warmer months. Brand new patio furniture including a dining table that seats 6. Also included is the apartment directly below the roof. It has a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and terrace with 10’ bifold doors that connect the living room to the outdoor space. There are 360 views of the NoMa skyline and miles to the east from the upper roof terrace. The apartment portion has views to the west towards the NoMa skyline. So if the event takes 2 hours but the set up and take down time is 30 minutes each, you should allow for a 3 hour booking. We can only have a total of 8 guests per booking, the total number of guests included in your booking should include anyone setting up, photographer as well as the guests attending the event. The spiral staircase is pretty narrow so we don't recommend trying to bring too many large items up and down the stairs. The entrance to the roof is around the back of the house through the alley.
