For bookings less than 6 hours, Hair and Makeup and Green Room is available for additional cost. An additional overflow area is also available at additional cost. Bookings of 30+ get this overflow space free of additional charge. This overflow area provides you with an additional 350 sq.ft. and gives you an additional lounge area with TV, kitchen, and washroom. Perfect for small to large video productions, photoshoots, music videos, small events, training courses, seminars and more. MINIMUM BOOKING: 3hrs If you require extended production days, or want to use the flex space (800 sq.ft.) as part of your production and shoot in it, that can be arranged at extra cost.
