This is a classic single-family home in a traditional suburban neighborhood, with lots of green all around. The main living area has an open layout that allows for photographing and filming from a variety of angles, or even hosting a large meeting/brunch/etc. With a quartz kitchen counter, you can even host a cooking class - make homemade pastas and pizzas right there. There are two bathrooms, so no one has to wait in line and, if you've been busily setting up your event and need to quickly freshen up, you're welcome to either of the showers or even a jacuzzi bath! The backyard has two separate patio areas, one covered and the other not. There is plenty of grass to stretch out on or mingle in.
