Looking for a space to rehearse for an upcoming performance, festival, show or more? This is the space for you. Offering two unique studio spaces to accommodate both small and large scale productions. This space is easily utilized for small to medium scale events such as baby showers or gatherings. Outside catering required as there is no kitchen or prep on premises. One restroom located conveniently in the warehouse studio for client use. Other possible uses vary. such as fitness classes, performance blocking, meeting space for groups, clubs, and more. EVENT SPACE: Rentals planning to serve food and/ or beverages will need to book to "event space" option. PRODUCTION SPACE: If you are using the space for rehearsal, filming, dance classes etc where food or drinks will not be present, please book as "production space". Only water will be allowed in the studio. Thank you!

We have hand sanitizers located throughout the studio, masks available upon request and take extensive measures to clean and sanitize before and after each rental.

Die Gäste können ihre Buchung bis 30 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten den vollen Buchungspreis (einschließlich aller Gebühren) zurück. Die Gäste können ihre Buchung zwischen 30 und 7 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten 50 % des Buchungspreises (ohne Gebühren) zurück.
